Lead the global Reward operations function within a multinational HR transformation environment, shaping how compensation and recognition programs are delivered worldwide. This role is central to redefining service delivery, ensuring consistency, compliance, and scalability across all regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global team responsible for core Reward processes
- Drive end-to-end execution of critical programs including salary reviews, bonus cycles, job evaluations, pay structures, and off-cycle adjustments
- Champion process simplification, automation, and digital innovation in partnership with IT&D and Transformation teams
- Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely delivery of Reward services aligned with global standards
- Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, HR Systems, and Centers of Excellence to synchronize policies and timelines
- Establish robust performance metrics, SLAs, and KPIs to monitor service quality
- Design and maintain standardized operating procedures, RACI matrices, and process documentation
- Identify opportunities to expand the global scope of GPS Reward services
- Work across complex, matrixed environments to influence senior stakeholders and deliver strategic initiatives
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 12 years in progressive Reward roles with demonstrated global or regional operational leadership
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end Reward service delivery in multinational organizations
- Experience leading teams through transformation, process optimization, and change initiatives
- Strong analytical capabilities with fluency in HR technologies, data systems, and digital platforms
- Excellent communication and influence skills in complex, cross-functional environments
- History of designing and scaling efficient, compliant Reward processes across diverse markets
