About the Role

At Reckitt, we exist to protect, heal and nurture in the relentless pursuit of a cleaner, healthier world. We are seeking a Head of GPS Global Reward to sit at the centre of our HR Transformation. In this role, you will lead the global operations of Reward services, driving consistency, operational excellence, digital enablement, and innovation across all markets. Your mission is to build, shape, and lead a world-class global Reward operations engine.

What You'll Do

  • Inspire, develop, and coach a global Reward operations team.
  • Partner with senior HR stakeholders and navigate a fast-paced, complex matrix environment.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of core Reward processes including Annual Salary Review, Bonus, Job Evaluation, Pay Ranges, Off-Cycle Adjustments, Analytics, and Compliance.
  • Ensure a seamless employee and stakeholder experience.
  • Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and modernize Reward processes.
  • Collaborate with IT&D, Reward COE, and Transformation teams to enhance digital capabilities and process design.
  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and global standards.
  • Partner across Finance, Payroll, HR Systems, and COEs to align timelines and policies.
  • Monitor KPIs and SLAs to deliver world-class service.
  • Support the transition of additional Reward activities into GPS.
  • Build future-ready SOPs, RACIs, and process maps while identifying new service opportunities to grow GPS’s global footprint.

What We're Looking For

  • 12+ years of progressive Reward experience, with significant exposure to regional or global operations.
  • Proven leadership of end-to-end Reward service delivery in a multinational environment.
  • Experience leading teams through complex transformation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence navigating complex datasets and HR technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management in matrix organisations.
  • Demonstrated success in designing, optimising, and scaling Reward processes.

Team & Environment

You will partner with IT&D, global Hub Leads, the Reward COE, and HR stakeholders.
