Bluecrux is hiring a Head of Global Internal Operations, a strategic leadership role that combines partnership to the CEO, leadership of global internal operations, and responsibility for internal AI transformation. This role is at the heart of the company, ensuring operational excellence and scaling our AI-enabled ways of working.
What You'll Do
- Lead and scale Global Internal Operations.
- Ensure and elevate performance of core operational domains: fleet, infrastructure & IT, facilities, support services, procurement and contract management.
- Ensure reliable, scalable operations that support our core offerings.
- Strengthen internal IT, security, CRM and enterprise systems — focusing on effectiveness, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Build consistency across global offices and teams, enabling a high-quality workplace experience and operational backbone.
- Translate Bluecrux’s strategic ambitions into clear programs and ensure alignment across business units and regions.
- Steer leadership cadence: agendas, decision-making, prioritization, and cross-functional follow-up.
- Lead strategic or cross-departmental initiatives that require senior coordination and drive.
- Define and execute the internal AI strategy so that Bluecrux becomes an AI-enabled organization in practice.
- Identify, pilot, and scale AI use cases across consulting delivery, operations, HR, sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Introduce AI tools and copilots that augment productivity, creativity, and decision-making.
- Lead change management to ensure teams develop the skills and mindset to work effectively with AI.
- Partner with internal experts to turn Bluecrux’s own AI journey into external thought leadership for clients.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or a transformation role.
- Strong business acumen—quickly grasp how our business works and connect decisions to operational and financial impact.
- Ability to rapidly understand end-to-end business processes and spot inefficiencies, risks, or scaling barriers.
- Capable of identifying organisational redesign needs, translating them into structural recommendations.
- Proven ability to execute: take decisions, turn them into clear plans, and bring them to the finish line without drama or drift.
- Strong ownership mindset: run domains end-to-end and proactively spot gaps before anyone else does.
- Excellent internal stakeholder management: align, challenge, influence, and build trust with senior leaders—while keeping momentum high.
- Strong comfort with technology, systems, data, and AI concepts; naturally curious about the future of work.
- Act with trust, empathy, confidentiality, and discretion as an extension of the management team.
- Master's in Business Administration or a relevant field.
- Fluent in English—our shared language across teams and countries.

- Have a valid driver’s license or will obtain one in the next 6 months.
