Purple Dot Digital Limited is hiring a Head of Email Marketing to spearhead our direct marketing strategy. This remote-first role involves building and executing comprehensive email, SMS, and direct mail campaigns that engage our health and wellness customer base and drive measurable business results.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement the overall email, SMS, and direct mailing marketing strategy.
- Design and manage end-to-end email campaigns to enhance customer engagement and drive conversions.
- Oversee the creation and strategy of email automations, customer journeys, and loyalty programs.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and customer data to derive actionable insights.
- Use data insights to optimize campaigns continuously and improve return on investment.
- Implement sophisticated segmentation strategies to target specific customer groups effectively.
- Lead and mentor the email marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in direct marketing.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate with other departments.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in email marketing with demonstrated expertise in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as Ontraport, Mailchimp, or HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of HTML/CSS for email template creation.
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools like Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of email inboxing and email deliverability strategies.
- Ability to interpret complex data to make informed, strategic marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
