Ehrenkind is seeking a Head of Digital Marketing & E-Commerce (m/w/d) to be the strategic leader for our entire online sales and digital marketing performance. You will set the direction, make data-driven decisions, and lead the team to drive our next growth phase. We value face-to-face exchange and are a small tech company at heart.

What You'll Do

• Take full responsibility for the entire online sales across Shopify, Amazon, and Otto, including budgets and profitability.
• Actively shape pricing strategy to optimize revenue and margins.
• Set the direction for all paid channels (Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok) and SEO/SEA strategy.
• Utilize email marketing and CRM as strong levers for customer retention.
• Define the strategic direction for content and social media (organic & paid) and ensure brand consistency.
• Set priorities for CRO measures and formulate requirements for the Shopify project team.
• Directly lead team leads and indirectly lead the entire team, developing employees through goal-setting and coaching.

What We're Looking For

• Several years of professional experience in Digital Marketing & E-Commerce, ideally in a D2C environment.
• Deep knowledge of the entire e-commerce sales funnel, from performance marketing to social media and customer retention.
• Empathetic leadership personality with experience managing 5-10 people.
• Familiarity with Shopify and marketplace structures, using them as strategic levers for maximum sales performance.
• Love diving deep into data, taking full ownership of results, and making bold decisions.

Nice to Have

• Living within a 3-4 hour radius of Schwäbisch Hall to attend regular Coworking Days and team events.
