Forbes Advisor is hiring a Head of Deal Desk to lead our deal strategy and pricing operations. This role is central to structuring complex commercial agreements and ensuring alignment across sales, finance, and legal functions.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development and execution of deal strategy, pricing models, and approval processes
- Partner with Sales and Finance to structure profitable and competitive deals
- Establish and enforce policies for deal reviews, pricing exceptions, and contract terms
- Analyze deal performance and provide insights to optimize revenue and margins
- Develop scalable deal desk processes and tools to support business growth
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading a deal desk function in a fast-paced, B2B environment
- Deep understanding of pricing strategies, contract negotiation, and revenue recognition principles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to model complex deal structures
- Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
- Experience in developing and implementing deal desk policies and systems
