About the Role

The role involves overseeing the customer intelligence function, shaping analytical frameworks, and delivering actionable insights that influence product, marketing, and commercial strategies across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the strategic direction for customer intelligence
  • Lead a team of analysts and data specialists focused on customer behavior

  • Translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations

  • Drive insights from behavioral and transactional data
  • Support commercial strategy with predictive analytics
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders across departments
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
  • Identify opportunities for personalization and customer experience improvements
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation programs
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
  • Integrate third-party data sources where applicable
