Halter is looking for a Head of Customer AI to establish and lead our AI initiatives focused on transforming the customer journey. You will own the vision and execution of AI-powered products and services.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for AI in customer-facing applications.
- Lead cross-functional projects from initial research and prototyping through to production deployment.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Establish best practices for model development, validation, and monitoring.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to identify and prioritize opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading AI or machine learning teams in a product environment.
- Strong background in developing and deploying machine learning models at scale.
- Expertise in modern AI techniques relevant to customer experience (e.g., NLP, recommendation systems).
- Excellent strategic thinking with the ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
- Outstanding communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
