The Head of Client Success will lead engagement with enterprise clients across industries, ensuring they achieve maximum value from Safari AI's platform. As the first dedicated Client Success leader, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the function while working directly with the CEO and Go To Market team in a venture-funded startup founded by proven entrepreneurs.
What You'll Do
- Setve as the main point of contact for enterprise client relationships
- Ensure existing clients succeed and fully leverage the Safari AI platform
- Drive client adoption, retention, and expansion (upselling) of the platform
- Report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Go To Market team
- Lead client Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and attend industry conferences
- Quantify and communicate client value, including ROI and Payback Periods
- Collaborate with clients across diverse industries to solve operational challenges
- Leverage AI tools to increase personal productivity and scale impact
What We're Looking For
- Track record of making enterprise clients insanely happy by being the main point of contact in relationships
- Ability to point to specific value created and show how ROI was calculated for clients
- AI-first mindset: currently using and leveraging relevant AI tools to multiply personal effectiveness
- Fast technical learner: eager to learn about new technologies and their application in legacy industries
- Experience crafting, soliciting, and communicating ROI, Payback Periods, and other financial performance metrics
- Proven ability and willingness to serve clients in a variety of industries, not limited to one vertical
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel for client QBRs and conferences
- Must be located on the East Coast of the United States (due to client travel requirements)
