Pula is looking for a Head of Business Operations to develop, implement, and optimize the operational backbone of our mission-driven company building humanoid robots. You will design and lead our management operating system to ensure clarity, accountability, and execution velocity across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Establish the company's operating system by building dashboards, OKRs, forecasting, and cadences like the monthly performance review to drive visibility and alignment.
- Enable scaling by designing lightweight but durable processes for decision-making, resource allocation, and cross-functional coordination, utilizing a constraints-based scaling approach.
- Drive clarity and accountability by ensuring priorities are understood, tracked, and executed consistently across all teams.
- Act as a force multiplier by taking on high-impact strategic analyses, special projects, and removing bottlenecks to unlock growth.
- Partner with executives to develop operational and business strategies and model the execution plans to achieve them.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or management consulting, with direct experience in operational scaling.
- Proven ability to design and implement company-wide operating systems, including dashboards, OKRs, forecasting, and planning cadences.
- Exceptional financial and operational modeling skills in Excel (must be highly proficient).
- Experience working closely with executive teams, providing insights, models, and recommendations that drive decision-making.
- A strong background in strategic planning, resource allocation, and organizational scaling.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional projects and drive alignment across stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear insights for executives and team members.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience in high-growth, venture-backed technology companies.
- Familiarity with robotics, autonomous vehicles, and/or healthcare technology.
