What You'll Do
Shape the strategic direction of analytics across a multi-service technology ecosystem. You'll design and execute a scalable analytics vision that supports decision-making in product, operations, marketing, and finance. Lead the development of dashboards, KPIs, and on-demand analyses that directly influence customer retention, operational performance, and product evolution.
Build and guide a team of analysts and BI specialists, promoting professional growth and alignment with company goals. Establish standards for data reporting, visualization, and governance to ensure consistency and reliability. Champion self-service analytics to increase data fluency across departments and reduce dependency on centralized reporting.
Work closely with data engineering to maintain robust data pipelines and ensure infrastructure supports evolving business needs. Translate business challenges into analytical frameworks in collaboration with senior leaders, ensuring initiatives are prioritized and deliver measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years in analytics or business intelligence, with at least 3 years leading teams
- Proven experience scaling analytics in high-growth tech or platform environments
- Strong command of SQL and visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake or BigQuery and ETL workflows
- Demonstrated ability to turn data into strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders
- Track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining analytics talent
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
