Arash Law is looking for a Head of Amazon to lead and optimize our marketplace strategy, driving revenue growth and market expansion. You will own the full Amazon ecosystem, from growth strategy and advertising to inventory, brand health, and team development.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Amazon growth strategy across all marketplaces.
- Manage Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display, and DSP.
- Optimize product listings, A+ content, and the brand storefront for maximum conversion.
- Lead inventory planning, forecasting, and supply chain coordination.
- Monitor brand health metrics, reviews, and competitor activities.
- Establish and manage a team of Amazon specialists and coordinators.
- Collaborate with finance on P&L management and budget allocation.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and resolve account issues.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of Amazon marketplace experience with leadership responsibilities.
- A proven track record of scaling brands to 8+ figures on Amazon.
- Expert knowledge of Amazon advertising platforms and attribution models.
- Experience with Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Amazon analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Team management and cross-functional collaboration experience.
Nice to Have
- A background in consumer goods or the health/wellness industry.
