CACI is seeking a HCM Cloud SAFe Agile Coach Scrum Master to drive Agile execution excellence across a large-scale federal Human Capital Management modernization program deploying Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. This senior-level role involves facilitating Agile Release Train ceremonies, serving as Scrum Master for cross-functional teams, coaching on SAFe principles, and potentially acting as a Release Train Engineer.
What You'll Do

- Facilitate all SAFe Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, backlog refinement, and team-level inspect-and-adapt sessions.
- Serve as or support the Release Train Engineer in planning and executing Program Increment Planning events, coordinating across multiple Agile teams to establish PI objectives, identify dependencies, and set commitments.
- Track and report Agile metrics including team velocity, sprint throughput, cycle time, cumulative flow, defect rates, and PI predictability measures.
- Identify, track, and drive removal of impediments that block team progress, escalating systemic issues to program leadership.
- Coach team members, product owners, and stakeholders on SAFe Lean-Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous delivery mindset.
- Coordinate cross-team planning for Oracle quarterly update sprints, ensuring update assessment, regression testing, and deployment activities are integrated into the PI cadence.
- Facilitate Agile Release Train sync meetings, Scrum of Scrums, and system demos to synchronize progress across functional, technical, integration, and testing teams.
- Support agency transition task orders by adapting Agile practices to the unique needs of each agency migration wave.
- Maintain and optimize Agile tooling to ensure accurate backlog management, sprint tracking, and program-level reporting.
- Facilitate inspect-and-adapt workshops at the end of each PI, driving problem-solving sessions that identify systemic improvements.
- Operate with significant independence to analyze and resolve complex functional and technical issues, serving as a go-to technical resource and mentor.
- Lead small work efforts and technical initiatives within the assigned functional area, contributing to team strategy and guiding junior consultants.
