JELD-WEN Holding, Inc. is hiring a Hardware Shipper & Receiver to join our Distribution division. In this role, you will assist in providing value-added goods and services to customers by performing key warehouse, shipping, receiving, and assembly support duties.
What You'll Do
- Operate propane and/or electric forklift vehicles
- Perform start-of-shift preventative maintenance inspections
- Assist in inventory cycle counts as needed
- Handle material preparation and general warehouse duties
- Gather materials to support the assembly floor
- Assist in assembly operations and detect/report defective materials
- Label finished products to match appropriate paperwork
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
- Retrieve raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products for proper assembly

- Ability to operate forklifts and perform material handling duties
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliability and a team-oriented mindset

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar environment
