The Flex is looking for a Guest Relations Partner to be the heart of the guest journey. You will ensure every guest feels supported, welcomed, and truly cared for from booking to checkout. This role combines empathy, operational precision, and smart problem-solving to deliver an elevated service experience.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact via chat, email, and phone, responding promptly, kindly, and professionally.
- Coordinate check-ins, checkouts, verifications, and local requests to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Own problems from start to finish, finding creative solutions that turn challenges into moments of delight.
- Anticipate guest needs, share timely updates, and provide thoughtful recommendations.
- Collect guest feedback, identify patterns, and help improve our systems and service standards.
- Work closely with Operations, Product, and Tech teams to elevate the entire guest journey.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or short-term rentals.
- Tech-savvy and confident with PMS, CRM, and digital communication tools.
- Calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented, even in high-pressure situations.
- Detail-focused, proactive, and genuinely passionate about people and service.
Nice to Have
- French or other languages are a plus.
