As our Guest Experience Specialist (Remote), you will be the heart of The Flex experience — ensuring every guest feels welcomed, supported, and delighted throughout their stay. You’ll blend empathy, precision, and problem-solving to deliver an elevated level of service.
What You'll Do
- Be the primary contact for guests via chat, email, and phone, responding promptly and kindly.
- Coordinate check-ins, checkouts, and local requests to ensure every stay unfolds smoothly.
- Take ownership of challenges, find creative solutions, and turn potential frustrations into moments of delight.
- Anticipate guest needs, provide clear updates, and share thoughtful recommendations.
- Gather and analyze guest feedback to help improve systems, processes, and service standards.
- Partner with Operations, Product, and Tech teams to elevate the end-to-end guest journey.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills — fluent in English.
- Experience in hospitality, short-term rentals, or customer service.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using PMS, CRM, and digital support tools.
- Calm, empathetic, and professional demeanor — especially under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and genuine passion for service and people.
Nice to Have
- French or other languages are a plus.
