As a GTM Talent Acquisition Consultant, you’ll play a key role in helping startups identify and hire exceptional talent during their formative stages. You’ll manage end-to-end recruiting processes, from sourcing and outreach to screening and candidate evaluation, ensuring each interaction reflects a high standard of professionalism and care.
What You’ll Do
- Review inbound applications from platforms like Indeed, AngelList, and applicant tracking systems to identify qualified candidates
- Proactively identify and engage passive talent using LinkedIn, GitHub, Gem, and other sourcing tools
- Design and send personalized outreach messages tailored to individual candidates and roles
- Conduct phone screenings, prepare detailed summaries, and present strong candidates to startup founders and leadership teams
- Collaborate closely with senior consultants and founders to align on hiring goals and evolving needs
- Enhance the overall candidate journey, ensuring even unsuccessful applicants have a positive impression
- Optimize recruiting workflows and implement new strategies to shorten time-to-hire and strengthen pipelines
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least one year focused on sales or go-to-market roles
- Proven ability to creatively source candidates across platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and Indeed
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in connecting with and advocating for candidates
- Willingness to question assumptions and suggest alternative approaches when working with hiring teams
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially in managing candidate interactions and feedback
- Experience or eagerness to learn recruiting tools including Lever, Workable, SmartRecruiters, Seekout, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Comfort with automation tools that accelerate outreach and improve efficiency
- Adaptability in fast-changing environments where priorities shift frequently
Preferred Background
- Recruiting experience in agency or high-velocity startup settings
- Prior work in sales or marketing roles
- Direct experience supporting early- or growth-stage startups

This is a fully remote role supporting startups across the U.S., primarily within EST to PST time zones. You’ll work with innovative companies in sectors including Fintech, EdTech, wearable technology, beverage and consumer packaged goods.
