Chime is looking for a GTM Systems & Performance Manager to bring discipline, clarity, and continuous improvement to how our revenue organization operates. You will evaluate, improve, and rationalize the systems and workflows that support our Sales organization and broader go-to-market motion.
What You'll Do
- Create and maintain a clear view of the GTM systems ecosystem including ownership, integrations, usage, cost, and effectiveness.
- Develop and drive a systems improvement roadmap.
- Partner with GTM Operations, LOB stakeholders, and technical resources to implement changes.
- Identify tool redundancy, underutilization, and tech stack creep.
- Recommend consolidation and simplification strategies to reduce operational drag.
- Analyze end-to-end workflows like prospecting, deal execution, onboarding, and renewal to identify friction points and integration gaps.
- Define adoption standards and usage metrics for GTM tools and programs.
- Provide visibility to leaders on the performance and outcomes of systems and initiatives.
- Partner with Sales Ops, Revenue Operations, Enablement, Marketing Operations, and LOB stakeholders to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.
What We're Looking For
- 5–10 years in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, GTM Systems, Growth Programs, or Business Operations in a scaling SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience evaluating and improving complex GTM tech ecosystems, including Salesforce and adjacent tools.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives that improved revenue performance, streamlined workflows, reduced tool redundancy, or strengthened integrations.
- Strong partnership skills across Sales, Enablement, RevOps, Marketing Ops, and Data teams.
- Experience managing enterprise-level programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- A systems thinker who understands how tools, workflows, and teams connect across the revenue lifecycle.
- Analytical and performance-oriented; measures impact via productivity, cycle time, adoption, and revenue outcomes.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce, integrations, data flow, and process design.
- Ability to translate operational complexity into structured improvement plans.
- Strong program leadership and execution discipline.
- Operates with accountability, curiosity, rigor, and a continuous improvement mindset.
