Talentful is hiring a GTM Recruiter for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will partner with a major technology client, embedding deeply in their culture to find and attract the world's best talent. What You'll Do
- Find and attract the world's best talent for our client.
- Utilize a range of deep sourcing techniques to find passive candidates, including LinkedIn and other outside-the-box sourcing strategies.
- Work with one client at a time to get deeply embedded in their culture both socially and professionally.
- Partner with top-tier stakeholders, helping them to understand the value of good talent practice.
- Provide excellent candidate experience, partnering with senior recruiters to provide top-of-funnel support.
- Schedule candidate interviews, travel, and logistics in a timely and accurate manner.
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of recruitment sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing skills and expertise with Boolean search.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach.
