Talentful is hiring a GTM Recruiter for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will partner with a major technology client, embedding deeply in their culture to find and attract the world's best talent. Our mission is helping every company we partner with grow to its highest potential by inventing a better future for recruitment.

What You'll Do

• Find and attract the world's best talent for our client.
• Utilize a range of deep sourcing techniques to find passive candidates, including LinkedIn and other outside-the-box sourcing strategies.
• Work with one client at a time to get deeply embedded in their culture both socially and professionally.
• Partner with top-tier stakeholders, helping them to understand the value of good talent practice.
• Provide excellent candidate experience, partnering with senior recruiters to provide top-of-funnel support.
• Schedule candidate interviews, travel, and logistics in a timely and accurate manner.

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years of recruitment sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing skills and expertise with Boolean search.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach.
