About the Role

ROI Hunter is looking for a GTM Engineer to act as the essential bridge between our commercial team and data. Your mission is to design and implement automations and AI workflows that dramatically increase the efficiency of our Sales and Customer Success teams.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement automations and AI workflows to increase Sales and CS teams' efficiency.
  • Create AI-driven workflows for lead generation, outreach, and CRM automation.
  • Help the team implement MEDDIC automations to increase sales success rates and ease admin workload.
  • Design and build system integrations between HubSpot, BI databases, and internal LLM systems.
  • Work on predictive tools for churn or expansion of the portfolio to help with early signaling.
  • Train the commercial team on new tooling and automations to ensure full leverage of benefits.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong technical background in CRM automation, APIs, data integration, and AI workflows.
  • Proven track record of directly improving commercial KPIs.
  • Experienced superuser of Hubspot, Zapier/Make, BI Dashboards or similar tools.
  • Clear communicator who can explain technical solutions in non-technical language.
  • Strong training and presentation skills to onboard teams into new processes and tooling.
  • Know your way around scripting (Python, SQL, JS).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Sales, RevOPS, Sales Engineering, or GTM OPS.
  • Knowledge of SaaS sales methodologies (MEDDIC).
  • Familiarity with the ad tech and performance marketing ecosystem.

Team & Environment

You will be part of the Business Intelligence team, which provides the technical foundation for data, automation, and reporting across the company. While the role sits in BI, your primary stakeholder is the CRO and the commercial organization, and you'll work closely with Sales and Customer Success leaders.
