What You'll Do
Identify critical inefficiencies in business operations and assess whether AI-driven solutions are the right path forward. You'll architect and deploy AI systems that directly resolve these bottlenecks, using a deep understanding of workflow dynamics and value stream mapping.
Develop intelligent applications using Retrieval-Augmented Generation and multi-agent orchestration, ensuring secure and reliable outputs through prompt injection defenses, data leakage prevention, and output filtering. Integrate AI capabilities into core business platforms via REST and GraphQL APIs, and establish scalable patterns for enterprise-wide use.
Requirements
- Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript
- Apply extensive knowledge of large language models, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration
- Design and implement RAG pipelines and multi-agent systems
- Integrate AI features into Salesforce, Zendesk, and Marketo environments
- Utilize automation tools such as Make, n8n, or Workato
- Apply evaluation frameworks and human-in-the-loop methodologies to refine AI performance
- Approach AI engineering with a full-stack mindset, bridging infrastructure, logic, and integration
- Map and analyze workflows using Theory of Constraints to target high-impact areas
