Grupo QuintoAndar is hiring a Voice of Customer Senior Manager to lead our VoC strategy and execution. Reporting directly to the Director, you will translate complex customer data into actionable recommendations to drive improvements in customer experience and foster long-term loyalty for a high-impact project affecting thousands of lives.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary advocate for the customer in leadership forums.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Drive tangible improvements to the customer experience.
- Mature the VoC program, expanding its influence as a strategic partner.
- Guide and mentor a team of senior specialists leveraging AI to process and analyze massive datasets of customer interactions.
- Transform customer data into compelling, strategic insights.
