DriveWhip is hiring a Growth Operations Associate - Executive Assistant / Project Support to be a key contributor to our Growth team. In this role, you will provide critical support through inbox management, prospecting, project coordination, and operational tasks, working closely with the Growth Vertical Lead to drive pipeline initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Manage the Growth Lead’s inbox, prioritizing messages, organizing threads, and drafting outreach while mastering our communication standards.
- Handle high-volume email correspondence with prospects, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage growth-related projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Prospect and identify target leads based on ideal customer profiles using LinkedIn and other tools.
- Assist with setting up and executing email campaigns, outbound sequences, and event invitations.
- Maintain and update lead data, inbox workflows, and task tracking in HubSpot and internal systems.
- Work cross-functionally to align on prospecting goals, outreach timelines, and growth priorities.
- Support additional initiatives like event planning, referral tracking, and recruiting support while maintaining accurate reporting.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in heavy inbox and email management, ideally supporting an executive or growth/sales leader.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written communication skills, especially in drafting clear, professional outreach emails.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable following structured processes.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently with remote teams.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with a fast-scaling Series A startup.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in prospecting, lead generation, sales operations, or growth marketing.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM tools, with HubSpot preferred.
