Cliniconex is hiring a Growth Marketing Specialist

Cliniconex is looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to drive engagement across our most impactful growth channels. In this role, you'll contribute directly to our mission by ensuring our message reaches the right people at the right time. You'll own the end-to-end execution of our event strategy and direct marketing programs.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute Cliniconex-sponsored industry events, as well as hosted initiatives like customer roundtables and prospect workshops.
• Produce and manage customer and prospect webinars, including supporting our customer onboarding webinar program.
• Develop and deploy email marketing campaigns tailored to both new prospects and our existing customer base.
• Manage direct marketing programs, including customer loyalty and referral initiatives, and high-impact sales enablement programs.

What We're Looking For

• A passionate and driven individual with a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple simultaneous projects.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• A collaborative mindset, prepared to work closely with Sales and Customer Operations.

Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM and Email Marketing platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Prior experience in a B2B SaaS or healthcare technology environment.

Team & Environment

You will report to Marketing and work closely with the Sales and Customer Operations teams.

• Salary range: $50,000 - $55,000
