RandomCoffee is hiring a Growth & Marketing Manager H/F to lead our expansion and account management efforts. This role is central to driving growth within our international markets, with a specific focus on the US.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute growth and marketing strategies for the US market
- Act as the primary manager for key accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Analyze market trends and performance data to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals

- Proven experience in a marketing and key account management role with an international, preferably US, focus
- Strong ability to develop strategic growth plans and manage client relationships
