IndustryLens is looking for a Co-Founder to join the creation of our AI-powered Competitive Intelligence platform. This is an equity-only role for a candidate with deep expertise in either Martech or Competitive Intelligence practice. You will play a fundamental role in shaping the product, strategy, and future of the company.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for the Competitive Intelligence AI platform.
- Build and validate core product features that address critical needs in the Martech and CI space.
- Establish go-to-market strategy and cultivate initial customer and partner relationships.
- Contribute to all aspects of building an early-stage startup, from strategy to hands-on execution.
What We're Looking For
- A substantial background in Martech, with direct experience in marketing technology platforms, analytics, or operations.
- Or, a substantial background in Competitive Intelligence, with hands-on experience in analysis, monitoring, and strategy formulation.
- A founder mindset, comfortable with high autonomy, ambiguity, and an equity-based compensation structure.
