ZYTLYN Technologies is hiring a Growth & Marketing Executive to lead our content marketing and growth initiatives. This hands-on role involves crafting compelling narratives about our vision and products while directly driving sales pipeline through personalized outreach. You will join a small, focused team of high performers building data analytics solutions for the travel industry.
What You'll Do
- Develop compelling content marketing materials, including blogs, reports, press releases, videos, case studies, tutorials, and sales assets.
- Capture, edit, and produce video content such as customer success stories, explainer videos, and demo walkthroughs.
- Manage website, blog, LinkedIn, and newsletter updates.
- Tailor messaging for executives and leaders across the travel industry.
- Generate and qualify leads via highly personalized outreach using LinkedIn, email, and phone.
- Nurture leads persistently through to the demo stage and support engagement until deal closure.
- Contribute to CRM hygiene and pipeline discipline using tools like Pipedrive and Apollo.
- Support sales with enterprise deal cycles, including procurement, licensing, and contracting.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of B2B content marketing experience.
- Exceptional writing skills for long-form content and persuasive copy in superb English.
- Experience using content creation tools like Jasper and ChatGPT.
- Proficiency with design and asset creation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, Figma, Visme, Adobe Creative Cloud).
- Experience with video creation and editing tools (Synthesia, Riverside, Google Vids).
- 2+ years of B2B sales or sales development experience.
- Proven track record in lead generation, pipeline building, and opportunity creation.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (Apollo, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Resourceful self-starter comfortable with ambiguity in a startup environment.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent verbal, written, and executive communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Existing strong relationships with decision makers across travel, airlines, airports, OTAs, and tourism boards.
- Experience positioning B2B data analytics or AI products.
- Experience supporting enterprise deal cycles (procurement, licensing, multi-year contracts).
- Experience designing and managing paid ad campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) for B2B awareness and lead generation.
