About the Role

The Growth Lead/Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and revenue. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, conduct experiments, and analyze data to optimize growth.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement growth strategies to increase user acquisition and engagement.
  • Lead and manage a team of growth specialists, providing guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams to identify growth opportunities.
  • Conduct A/B tests and analyze data to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
