Secfix is hiring a Growth (German speaking) professional to shape the future of compliance automation in Europe. You will own and drive demand generation, playing a key role in achieving our next growth milestone by building momentum, discovering product value, identifying ideal customers, and crafting standout messages.
What You'll Do
- Own the full lead generation cycle – from identifying target accounts to qualifying and nurturing high-potential opportunities.
- Use tools like Sales Navigator, Clay, and HubSpot to streamline your workflow and build a high-converting pipeline.
- Book and prep discovery meetings that set the stage for smooth, high-quality handoffs to sales.
- Design, test, and optimize outbound campaigns, using data to continuously improve performance.
- Deliver key insights and metrics directly to the CEO, influencing top-level strategic decisions.
- Define, implement, and refine GTM processes and automations to build a scalable, high-performing function.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate market learnings into product and GTM enhancements.
- Help architect the GTM engine – building the strategy, systems, and playbooks that will scale with our growth.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent English and German (C2 level).
- 0.5–2 years of experience in GTM, sales, operations, business development, VC, growth, consulting, or a fast-paced startup (relevant internships count).
- Love building relationships and systems and aren’t afraid to pick up the phone or send bold emails.
- Naturally empathetic and curious – love learning about people and their problems.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and take full ownership of work—from ideation and execution to analysis.
- Want to build and improve outreach strategies and add structure in a small team.
- Creative and proactive – always looking for ways to stand out and test new approaches.
- Tech-savvy, eager to explore new GTM tools, and motivated to become a true go-to-market expert.
- Excellent written and spoken English and German skills and an exceptional feel for language and messaging.

- A track record of success and achievement in things done to date - academic, sporting, extracurricular, or otherwise.
