We are looking for a Growth Analyst to be the first embedded analyst on Virta Health's Member Growth team. You will be responsible for building reporting, evaluating experiments, and supporting leadership with forecasting and modeling of the full demand generation funnel. You will parse data from multiple sources to share actionable insights and influence strategic resource deployment.

What You'll Do

Learn and navigate Virta’s core data systems, particularly those used by the Member Growth team, and aggregate data from various sources to form an integrated point of view and generate net-new insights.
Conduct analyses requested by Growth leadership, building analytical competency and autonomy within the team.
Maintain, update, and suggest improvements to existing dashboards, reports, and data pipelines.
Drive forecasting by aggregating inputs, validating outputs, and tuning the model, eventually owning future revisions and its accuracy.
Own experimentation setup, tracking, and results summaries.
Surface data irregularities, trends, and insights for review with leads and senior team members; propose short-term solutions and scope multi-quarter plans.

Comfort with technical tools and languages including Looker, BigQuery, SQL, Python, etc.
An advanced degree in an analytics or data-related field.
Strong initiative and ownership; you act on problems you encounter, without waiting for direction.
3+ years of experience in a fast-moving, high-growth startup or similar environment.

Team & Environment

This is the first embedded analyst role on the Member Growth team. You will work closely with the AAA (Advanced Analytics and AI) team for technical training before deploying fully into Member Growth.

Benefits & Compensation

Compensation range: $95,700 - $110,577 per year.

Work Mode

This is a remote-first position. We have office hubs in Denver and San Francisco. Corporate roles currently do not hire in: AK, AR, DE, HI, ME, MS, NM, OK, SD, VT, WI.
