Hyatt Regency Lake Washington is hiring a Group Sales Manager to sell guest rooms, meeting space, and other resort services to customer groups. This role maintains client relationships, conducts site inspections, and leads Sales/Event meetings, reporting directly to the Associate Director of Sales & Events.
What You'll Do
- Sell guest rooms, meeting space, and other resort services to customer groups.
- Maintain and manage client relationships.
- Conduct site inspections to generate additional business.
- Lead Sales/Event meetings with team members.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent guest service skills, both in person and on the phone.
- Professional presentation and demeanor.
- Independent work habits and strong leadership.
- Ability to travel occasionally on behalf of the company.
- Ability to work flexible and extended hours as required by resort operations.
Nice to Have
- Four year college degree in sales, tourism, business or equivalent experience.
- Minimum five years’ experience in hospitality sales; destination wellness resort or independent boutique resort experience strongly preferred.
- Selling, negotiating, business writing and presentation skills.

This role reports to the Associate Director of Sales & Events.
