TensorOps is looking for a Group Product Management Manager to lead Affirm's International team. In this role, you'll drive expansion and growth in the UK and new international markets by iterating on the product vision, refining strategy, developing the roadmap, and leading execution.
What You'll Do
- Drive the execution, growth, and scale of Affirm in the United Kingdom.
- Adapt Affirm’s product to the UK market by understanding customer needs, driving merchant adoption, analyzing performance data, and iterating on features.
- Drive success metrics by shipping high impact work that meaningfully moves the needle for Affirm’s business and customers.
- Partner effectively with engineering teams across the organization to drive product development and prioritization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (Revenue, Legal, Compliance, Credit, Fraud, etc) to shape product roadmap and incorporate legal, governance & regulatory oversight.
- Understand Affirm UK users and merchants at a deep level.
- Identify and create experiences that make it seamless for merchants to deliver an incredible buy now, pay later experience to consumers.
What We're Looking For
- Directly managed technical software products from kick-off to post-launch, driving meaningful business impact.
- Experience working on consumer technology product in the UK or Europe.
- Comfortable diving into technical details with an engineer, iterating on a Figma with a designer, and breaking down a funnel with a data analyst.
- Discipline, organizational skills, and interpersonal communication skills necessary to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
- Experience securing decisions from a broad group of senior stakeholders.
- Experience working in an environment reliant on engineering teams outside of direct purview and effectively influencing them to prioritize and build needed features.
- Bias towards action and ability to effectively navigate obstacles and blockers.
- Ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into a solid action plan.
- Direct experience shipping high-quality products on time.
- Comfort with commercial aspects of product development – able to pitch, contribute to negotiations, and give feedback on contracts.
Nice to Have
- Experience working on a fintech product.
- Experience working on a BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) product.
