Royal London is looking for a Group Operations Trainer to help shape, design, and deliver high-quality training across our Customer Operations function. This is a role for an experienced Learning & Development professional who can bring external insight, innovation, and digital-first thinking into a team undergoing significant transformation. You'll work end-to-end across the learning lifecycle, supporting induction, change delivery, and our shift towards more digital and AI-enabled processes.
What You'll Do
- Design and deliver high-impact learning solutions across multiple operational journeys.
- Lead digital learning design and contribute to our wider digital transformation roadmap.
- Conduct learning needs analysis to identify skills gaps and build tailored programmes.
- Upskill existing colleagues through engaging, modern training methods.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to understand evolving business needs.
- Deliver both virtual and face-to-face training, with some travel required.
- Bring an external perspective to help shape the future of our learning function.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in Learning & Development, digital training design, and training delivery.
- Ability to innovate, challenge, and help shape our digital learning roadmap.
- Experience across induction, change, or transformation environments.
- Confidence working in fast-moving, evolving environments with shifting priorities.
- Ability to operate at pace and bring positive energy, insight, and fresh thinking.
Nice to Have
- A background in financial services, regulatory environments, or other complex sectors.
