Responsibilities
- Own the Surgical Tech enterprise program lifecycle—from health system onboarding to graduate placement and renewal readiness.
- Design operational blueprints (playbooks) for consistent program delivery across multiple enterprise clients, including onboarding workflows, escalation protocols, quality review frameworks, and outcome reporting.
- Align internal stakeholders including Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, Learning, Product & Engineering to ensure shared outcomes for clients.
- Resolve friction between internal teams when misaligned.
- Lead and develop a team of operations managers and coordinators supporting the enterprise Surgical Tech program.
- Set clear expectations, develop team members, and build a team culture capable of handling enterprise delivery complexity.
Requirements
- 7+ years of operations, program management, or consulting experience, with significant B2B or enterprise focus.
- Demonstrated experience building playbooks or standardized operating procedures for complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
- Strong external relationship management skills — comfortable in client-facing settings and able to engage health system executives.
- Track record of aligning internal cross-functional teams around a shared operational goal.
- Experience managing and developing a team.
- Ability to zoom out to strategy and zoom in to execution — sometimes in the same meeting.
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare workforce, clinical training, or allied health programs.
- Worked in a high-growth startup scaling an enterprise business.
- Have an MBA or equivalent analytical background.
Compensation
Compensation Range: $163K - $206K
