ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Sweden AB is seeking a Group Information Security Risk Manager to play a pivotal role in strengthening our organization's cyber resilience. Reporting to the Group Information Security Manager, you will be accountable for the group Cyber Risk program, building strong alliances across all functions and divisions to identify, analyze, quantify, and treat risks.
What You'll Do
- Enhance group cyber risk governance and build a strong group cyber risk management culture and methodologies.
- Host the cyber risk board and maintain the group cyber risk register.
- Establish and execute cyber risk management with group business functions and build/maintain cyber risk reporting for stakeholder groups.
- Collaborate with compliance to anchor risk corridors in the ISMS.
- Define, monitor, and report on Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security, or a similar field.
- Background in Information Security, Risk Management, IT auditing, or Cyber Security with high integrity and technical knowledge of security controls.
- Experience protecting a company against identified risks in a multinational, complex, or highly regulated environment.
- Fluency in English.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills, able to convey security concepts to non-technical staff.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, logic, and analytical skills.
Nice to Have
- Fluency in Swedish.
- Certifications such as ISO 27001 Auditor or Lead Implementer, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or CISSP.
- Experience with Microsoft security applications and features.
- Knowledge of internationally known standards within Information Security such as ISO27000-series, SOC2, and NIST frameworks.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security features, Microsoft Purview, and the ServiceNow platform.
