Responsibilities
- Receive assignments electronically and review them for inspection requirements.
- Schedule inspection appointments with the insured via phone, email, or text.
- Inspect properties for potential issues or hazards related to utilities and building systems, such as heating, wiring, plumbing, common areas, maintenance, protections, and life safety.
- Take 20 to 35 exterior and interior photographs.
- Measure properties using a measuring wheel or online tools as needed.
- Interview the insured to gather operational information and ages of building systems.
- Communicate inspection status through an online application.
- Complete inspection reports using the web-based Loss Control 360 system with Rapid Sketch.
- Submit completed reports electronically, which include check-off questions, narrative, and digital photos.
