Join Bell Canada Enterprises as a Graphics Coordinator, where you will coordinate graphics operations and projects for Bell Media's various networks, ensuring flawless delivery in quality and quantity. You'll work within an integrated creation and production team, partnering closely with Creative Services, brand management, marketing, programming, news, media, and post-production teams to bring visual concepts to life.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate complete graphic creations (print/web/TV) to meet requests from TV, radio, and web brands.
- Assign appropriate graphics resources, including occasional employees and freelancers, based on skills, customer requests, and production needs.
- Offer technical and moral support to the graphics creation team and ensure efficient graphic project follow-up.
- Evaluate production times for print, web, and TV, and inform the Graphics Manager, team, and partners of graphics issues.
- Ensure liaison between various players for graphics creation and production to optimize time use and capitalize on talents.
- Communicate with suppliers and partners to clarify graphics specifics, validate graphics orders and media plans.
- Organize, assemble materials, reserve, and plan for all graphics productions, create work orders, and assign them to graphic designers.
- Work closely with production and post-production coordinators to inform them of graphics mandate changes to optimize production times and ensure accurate schedules.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a related field or specialized training (graphic design, VFX, TV/film production, coordination/project management, etc.).
- Three years of experience as a graphics coordinator, studio coordinator, graphic designer, production or post-production coordinator, VFX project manager, or other relevant experience, ideally in TV production.
- Knowledge of software: Adobe CC Suite, Illustrator, Lightroom, HTML5, After Effects, Cinema 4D, and latest technologies in own field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and excellent team player.
- Extensive knowledge of the graphics creation chain and skilled at assessing and developing graphics concepts.
- Excellent ability to work under pressure, manage multiple requests with tight deadlines, high stress tolerance, and proven ability to adapt to change.
- Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.

Team & Environment
You will be part of the Agency's Creative Services group, an integrated creation and production team. You'll work closely with the Graphics Manager and report within the Creative Services team structure.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position based at 1 Carrefour Alexander Graham Bell, Verdun (Québec), Canada : Quebec : Montreal.
