RocketAds is looking for a Graphic Designer focused on Social Ads (m/w/d) to create performance-driven visuals. This role blends designer, creative tinkerer, and performance thinker, developing visual concepts that act as marketing engines, not just decoration.
What You'll Do
- Develop visual concepts for ads that stand out and function effectively in social feeds.
- Design Social-First-Ad-Visuals for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat & YouTube.
- Develop hooks, layout structures, visual hierarchies, and conversion-focused designs.
- Derive variants, A/B tests, and design breakdowns from performance data.
- Creatively evolve existing design approaches with new styles, formats, and mechanics.
- Collaborate with Creative Strategists to translate marketing hypotheses into visual experiments.
- Use modern tools for rapid prototyping, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Execute rapid prototyping loops based on live data and testing results.
- Visually develop new ad frameworks like Direct Response, Testimonial, and Problem-Solution.
What We're Looking For
- Very strong skills in at least one common design tool, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
- Understanding of social media mechanics: hook-focus, scrolling psychology, and attention triggers.
- A performance mindset focused on why a visual works, not just how it looks.
- Ability to connect brand aesthetics with conversion logic.
- Quick comprehension, visual conceptual thinking, and an iterative working style.
- Interest in experimental design approaches, AI tools, and testing logics.
- Motivation to take responsibility and move beyond ticket-based work.

- Experience with simple motion graphics, micro-animations, or creative testing.
