Togal AI is hiring a Senior Product Designer to drive detailed execution and design excellence across new business areas. You will be responsible for deep discovery, problem definition, usability testing, and ensuring smooth handoff to engineering as we use technology to transform the construction industry.

What You'll Do

Deeply understand user behavior, motivations, and pain points to define the best possible solutions for expansion areas.
Actively contribute to problem definition by providing essential context on user pain points in new areas.
Synthesize research findings, work from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, validating hypotheses, assumptions and solutions.
Create test plans and conduct 1:1 prototype testing.
Deliver detailed interaction guides and user flow documentation, working with engineering to ensure smooth development.
Maintain and evolve the Design System and component library to ensure consistency across all new product touchpoints.
Actively contribute to design critiques, ensuring feedback is constructive, and help refine design rituals.
Ensure all design work for new initiatives is visually consistent, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Regularly align with stakeholders on project updates, insights, and designs to gather necessary feedback.
