CrewBloom is hiring a Graphic Designer focused on web and social media ad design. In this remote role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling marketing materials and intuitive digital experiences for a global audience.

What You'll Do

Design and create visually appealing marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and social media graphics.
Develop and implement design concepts for various digital platforms, including websites and mobile applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in design and brand identity.
Conduct user research and usability testing to continuously improve user experience.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
Contribute to website development by creating engaging and intuitive user interfaces.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
At least three years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
At least two years of experience in web design.
Ability to create an ad set and a one-page website on time.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Proven experience in Sketch, Adobe XD, and other design tools.
Strong understanding of user experience design principles.
Knowledge of current web design trends and techniques.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps capable of supporting work during a power outage.
Desktop or laptop with an Intel Core i5 (8th gen+), Intel Core i3 (10th gen+), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor and a minimum of 8 GB RAM.
Backup device that meets or exceeds the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor and is functional during power interruptions.
A functioning webcam.
A noise-canceling USB headset.
A quiet, dedicated home office space.
A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
