HireHawk is looking for a Graphic Designer specializing in Social Media & Digital Content to join our team. This remote role focuses on designing high-impact visual assets that strengthen our brand presence across all digital platforms. You will be instrumental in creating a consistent and engaging visual identity.
What You'll Do
- Design engaging visual assets for social media, including posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, banners, and ads
- Create branded templates to ensure visual consistency across all platforms
- Adapt designs to fit different social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align visuals with campaign goals
- Optimize visuals for engagement, clarity, and performance
- Create simple motion graphics and slow-motion visual effects when needed
- Support short-form video content with overlays, transitions, and animations
- Enhance video quality through dynamic visual elements
- Support basic UX/UI design needs, such as landing pages, website elements, and user flows
- Contribute to improving visual consistency across digital touchpoints
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, especially for social media
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media and digital work
- Proficiency in design tools like the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva
- Basic experience with motion graphics or slow-motion effects
- Understanding of social media design trends and best practices
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to brand consistency
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in UX/UI design
- Experience working with growing brands or online communities
- Knowledge of video editing tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects
- Understanding of conversion-focused design principles
