People Results is looking for a Graphic Designer who excels in a structured, professional services environment. In this role, you will support client-facing consulting work and internal marketing by creating polished, executive-ready materials. You will collaborate with consultants across labor, organizational development, and workforce advisory practices.

What You'll Do

Design and format PowerPoint presentations for executive audiences
Create professional reports, white papers, and marketing collateral
Develop charts, infographics, and visual summaries
Ensure consistent client branding across all materials
Design thought leadership materials and digital graphics for website and social media
Maintain and update firm templates and brand standards
Manage multiple design projects with competing deadlines
Partner with consultants to understand project goals
Incorporate feedback promptly and professionally
Maintain strong organization and version control

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2–5 years of professional design experience
Advanced PowerPoint design skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Strong layout and typography skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage deadlines and shifting priorities
Professional communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Strict adherence to confidentiality
Strong time management and organization
