Responsibilities
- Support human factors and ergonomics evaluations within large-scale systems and infrastructure initiatives.
- Participate in project tasks such as analysing user tasks and workloads, identifying potential human errors, assessing user requirements, evaluating safety risks, and reviewing human-system interactions.
- Gather and interpret qualitative and quantitative human factors data using techniques like field observations, interviews, collaborative workshops, and analysis of existing documentation.
- Help produce technical reports, client-facing presentations, and project records with clear, evidence-driven conclusions.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and domain experts in integrated project teams.
- Advance professional and technical competencies through mentorship, formal training, and experiential learning as part of a structured graduate development pathway.
