About the Role

This position is responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, qualifying leads, and driving new business opportunities through targeted outbound efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients
  • Send personalized email sequences to generate interest
  • Identify and research target accounts in assigned markets
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on set criteria
  • Schedule discovery meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities
  • Follow up consistently with prospects through multiple channels
  • Collaborate with sales managers to refine outreach strategies
  • Use CRM tools to track interactions and progress
  • Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets
  • Adhere to established sales processes and workflows
  • Participate in regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends
  • Respond to prospect inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Escalate qualified opportunities to account executives
  • Contribute to team meetings and strategy discussions
  • Adapt messaging based on feedback and conversion data
  • Work within defined sales playbooks and guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
  • Support onboarding of new sales development team members
  • Utilize sales intelligence platforms for prospecting
  • Report on key performance metrics weekly
  • Engage prospects during follow-up cycles
  • Maintain a professional and persistent communication style
  • Align outreach with regional business hours and customs
