About the Role
This role is responsible for managing and expanding the consulting function, ensuring high-quality implementation of solutions, building client trust, and aligning service delivery with organizational growth and impact goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of consulting professionals
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of client onboarding and implementation processes
- Ensure consistent quality and effectiveness across all consulting engagements
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align client needs with solution capabilities
- Drive client satisfaction and long-term retention through strategic support
- Design and refine consulting methodologies and service frameworks
- Manage consulting team performance, development, and workload planning
- Act as a key escalation point for complex client challenges
- Contribute to scaling service operations as the customer base grows
- Establish best practices for knowledge transfer and documentation
- Represent the consulting function in cross-departmental strategy discussions
- Monitor key performance indicators related to project success and efficiency
- Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes through data insights
- Support the development of training materials for internal and client use
- Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Ensure alignment between client goals and implemented solutions
- Advocate for client needs within the organization
- Lead post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop standardized reporting for consulting activities and impact
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth
- Stay current with industry trends in behavior change and digital learning
- Contribute to thought leadership and external representation of service excellence
- Support the refinement of consulting team structure as the company scales
- Work closely with leadership to define long-term vision for the function
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and professional standards
