Team
Structure: Graduate Project Managers work under and assist Senior/Associate Project Managers; part of a larger project management team interfacing with clients, design teams, consultants, and contractors
Additional Information
- Role involves working at all stages of the project from initial concept through to construction and operation of the building
- Project Manager is a key interface between the client, design team, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders
- Support provided for journey to Chartership including mentorship and preparation for assessment
- Training includes focus on EDI (Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion), social value, wellbeing, and professional development
- Interactive and self-directed learning components are part of the training programme
- Residential training event held at Aston Conference Centre over three days
- Monthly Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme delivered by internal and external experts
