MGID is bringing on a Google Ad Manager Optimization Consultant (MCM) for an initial audit project expected to last approximately one month. In this focused role, you will assess our current implementation, identify key optimization levers, and provide a clear path forward for our internal AdOps team.
What You'll Do
- Audit the current GAM (MCM) setup including ad units, line item structures, dynamic floors, and key-values.
- Review the demand stack, analyzing Open Bidding, Prebid, SSPs, and header bidding integrations.
- Identify specific optimization opportunities for floor pricing, ad refreshes, placements, latency, and viewability.
- Deliver an actionable roadmap and provide training for the internal AdOps team.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in publisher AdOps and yield management.
- Proven, hands-on expertise managing large GAM MCM accounts (e.g., 500+ sites, generating $5M+ in annual revenue).
- Strong, practical experience with Prebid, Open Bidding, and SSP integrations.
- A data-driven approach with proficiency in SQL/BigQuery and GAM reporting.

- This is a remote role, with a preference for candidates based in Europe.
