As a Go-To-Market Recruiter, you'll lead end-to-end hiring for a critical growth area within the organization—Provider Partnerships Managers. This role demands a hands-on recruiter who can manage high-volume pipelines while maintaining a consistent, candidate-first approach across every stage of the process.
What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for national field sales positions, from initial sourcing through final offer coordination.
- Work directly with hiring managers and recruiting teams to forecast needs, refine role requirements, and align on candidate fit.
- Deliver a seamless and professional experience for applicants, ensuring timely communication and clear next steps.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and outreach strategies tailored to sales talent.
- Maintain accurate records in recruiting systems and ensure pipeline data reflects real-time progress.
- Support employer branding efforts by representing the company authentically and consistently to potential hires.
What We’re Looking For
- At least two years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume sales or go-to-market functions.
- Proven ability to manage sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing independently.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital sourcing tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- An interest in advancing within Talent Acquisition and contributing to strategic hiring initiatives.
