Vi (Vodafone Idea Limited) is looking for a GM-CVM BDM to own and lead our Customer Value Management (CVM) strategy for consumer business growth. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for increasing revenue market share by retaining subscribers and enhancing revenue through data-driven initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Formulate circle-specific CVM strategy with the Central Planning Team to meet prepaid revenue objectives.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer behaviour through superior analytics and segmentation.
- Maximize value extraction from the subscriber base by optimizing customer journeys and experience.
- Partner in the preparation of the circle's business plans.
- Implement a Digital First approach for stronger, targeted consumer engagement.
- Develop and prioritize customer experience initiatives to improve NPS, Consideration, and Emotional Bonding.
- Provide regular feedback on circle achievements and challenges to the central planning team.
- Work with the Central Execution Team to deliver new products and initiatives for the circle.
- Develop efficient operations frameworks and team interactions.
- Partner in planning Go-To-Market programs for various initiatives.
- Follow governance protocols including weekly updates, monthly planning, and market visits.
- Conduct scheduled meetings with circle Marketing leadership to ensure alignment on company objectives.

You will be part of the CVM Operations team within Corporate Marketing.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position located in Mumbai.
