Keywords Studios is searching for a highly skilled and visionary Manager of Product and Go-to-Market Strategy within the Globalize Division. This recently established position reflects the intricate operational landscape and transforming client expectations. The ideal candidate will guide product offerings across Localization & QA, propel broader Product strategy within Globalize and Keywords, and manage the commercial performance of Globalize and associated products. Clear synchronization of product trajectory with Division strategic objectives Craft and implement a forward-thinking Product Strategy for Globalize, transitioning the department from a human-centric Localization and QA service to a cutting-edge technology-enhanced offering (with potential for independent SaaS product) Collaborate intimately with emerging Data Team to guarantee insights are accessible throughout production stages Confirm the Globalize roadmap reinforces Keywords' strategic objective of expanding market presence Advocate for current products and lead the discovery and integration of innovative solutions that synchronize with and anticipate client evolving requirements Engage closely with production, engineering, marketing, sales, and supplementary departments to ensure cohesive product development and Go-to-Market approach Cultivate a collaborative ecosystem aligning all teams with product vision and objectives Requirements: Multijurisdictional experience is critical Demonstrated history of developing and implementing comprehensive commercial Go-to-Market strategies, including market analysis, positioning, pricing, and prospective revenue generation Proven track record of driving operational excellence, particularly emphasizing cross-functional collaboration Familiarity with offshore team operations will be advantageous given current organizational structure Substantive technological understanding of AI-driven products and emerging technologies in QA or Localization While not mandatory, potential knowledge of the gaming sector is preferred
