Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, demonstrating success in hiring across a wide range of functional areas (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, HR, Legal).
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume, diverse requisition load simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed of hire.
- Expertise in sophisticated sourcing methods across traditional and digital platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks) to build pipelines for non-technical roles.
- Demonstrable experience managing global or multi-regional requisitions, successfully navigating diverse labor laws, compensation structures, and cultural sensitivities.
- Exceptional ability to act as a strategic Talent Advisor to senior business leaders on market intelligence, organizational design, and talent acquisition strategy.
